Welcome to the Cumberland County Employee Childcare Center! This center is exclusively available to County employees, offering a trusted, convenient, and supportive environment for your child's care and early education. We're  here to ensure your child receives the highest quality care while you serve our community. 

Application Process & Fee:

Download the BrightWheel app and complete the Application Enrollment

  • Complete the Cumberland County Employee Childcare Center digital application form via BrightWheel. 
  • Print out the rest of the document (pages 2-11) and submit in person at the center.
  • Submit the non-refundable $125 application fee along with your application form. This fee secures your child's spot on the waiting list or, if space is available, initiates the enrollment process. This payment will be paid electronically through this website.
  • Email your work verification letter or employee badge to info@littlemakerscumberland.com
  • Applications can be submitted in person.
  • Weekly Virtual Parent Orientations via Zoom on Wednesday's at 12:30pm (live or prerecorded). Email info@littlemakerscumberland.com for the link

Required Documents:

  • Current immunization records
  • A completed health and  physical examination form (available from your child’s pediatrician)
  • Emergency contact  information
  • Any documentation of special  needs or allergies
  • Food Program Form
  • Registration Application
  • Work Badge Photo or Job Verification Letter

Please note that mandatory viewing of this video & signing for parent orientation onsite is required

  1. Tuition is due every 2 weeks (edit to the video)
  2. Depending on availability and your child’s needs, we may schedule a brief interview or assessment to better understand how we can support your child’s development and adjust to their unique needs. 
  3. We accept Government Subsidies/Vouchers, Childcare Aware, Military Subsidy (MCCYN, Air Force HCC), Dependent Care Flex Spending Account, In House Scholarship Program, Tribal Childcare Financial Assistance, PATCH (Indigenous People of Hawaii and Other Pacific Islands)
