The childcare personnel are required to demonstrate professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to fostering safe and nurturing early childhood experiences. They must undergo a comprehensive background check, hold CPR certification, possess early childhood credentials, pass an Integrity test, and receive first aid training. Training opportunities are offered through Little Makers Academy's in-service training program. Explore available positions now.

Minimum age of 18, possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent, and North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials. Without the NCECC certification, candidates must fulfill one of the following criteria:
